Clickyverse designs, manufactures, and sells customizable fidget toys, interchangeable keycaps, accessories, and related merchandise. We also collaborate with independent artists and offer wholesale, crowdfunding, and custom merchandise partnerships.
2. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Clickyverse.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment issues
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to accurately display our products, colors, and descriptions.
However:
- Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes.
- Product photographs are representative and may not exactly match the finished product.
- Minor manufacturing variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
4. Custom Products
Clickyverse allows customers to personalize products using our Custom Fidget Toy Builder.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Customized products are assembled using our standard interchangeable components.
- Products containing customer-provided artwork, branding, logos, or other one-of-a-kind designs may be subject to additional terms discussed during the ordering process.
- Clickyverse reserves the right to refuse artwork that violates intellectual property rights, contains offensive material, or otherwise conflicts with our policies.
5. Independent Artists
Clickyverse proudly partners with independent artists.
Artwork featured on Clickyverse products remains the intellectual property of its respective creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a Clickyverse product grants ownership of the physical item only. It does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially use the artwork.
6. AI-Generated Artwork
Supporting original artists is a core part of Clickyverse.
Artwork submitted to our Featured Artist Program must be original work created by the submitting artist. Clickyverse does not accept AI-generated artwork as part of its artist partnership program.
7. Community Standards
Clickyverse exists to celebrate creativity and support independent artists.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork, custom requests, or partnerships that include illegal content, hate speech, discriminatory material, explicit sexual content, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful creative community for our customers, artists, and partners.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content is the property of Clickyverse or its respective licensors.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Logos
- Product photography

9. Wholesale & Partnership Orders
Wholesale, crowdfunding, and custom merchandise partnerships may be subject to separate pricing, production schedules, and agreements.
Custom wholesale products featuring customer-provided artwork or branding may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Although we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur.
If an incorrect price is displayed, Clickyverse reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience only.
While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
12. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to that policy.
